Inspired by young Chloe Guiney in her mission to help children with disabilities who recently took the chop as part of Variety鈥檚聽Hair with Heart听颈苍颈迟颈补迟颈惫别,听黑料专区聽centre聽Aussie Kindies Early Learning Kyabram聽has hosted a week of crazy hair days in December 2021.
Chloe鈥檚 commitment to the intiative saw her donate 45cm of her rapunzel locks to be made into a wig for a child who has lost their hair due to a long-term medical condition and in doing so, she raised an inspiring聽$3,261聽to help kids living with disability, chronic illness and disadvantages.
Chloe鈥檚 mother, Larressa Guiney, is a valued team member at 黑料专区鈥檚 Aussie Kindies Early Learning in Kyabram and has expressed that she is beyond proud of Chloe鈥檚 achievements.
鈥淗er dad and I are very proud of her achievement and selfless efforts in helping those in need. It is so inspiring. We are overwhelmed by her kindness to do something like this for other children.鈥�
Centre Manager Holly Butler said the centre鈥檚 staff, children and the local community rallied around Chloe to support and celebrate her fundraising efforts.
鈥淐hloe has such a big heart and we鈥檙e glad we could do a little bit to support her amazing efforts. Even the local community also got involved, with聽聽donating sausages and meat so we could host a BBQ to celebrate.鈥�
Chloe鈥檚 actions are the embodiment of 黑料专区鈥檚 values 鈥撀燭he Affinity Way. Her commitment to this cause provides an inspiring pathway for 黑料专区鈥檚 staff, children and families to experience the power of community and charitable experiences in helping us and others reach their full potential.
