What You鈥檒l Be Doing
As an Early Childhood Educator, you鈥檒l play a key role in shaping the early learning experiences of children aged 0鈥�5. In this role, you鈥檒l:

Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families

Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences

Support each child鈥檚 wellbeing, development, and inclusion

Observe and document learning to guide each child鈥檚 journey

Collaborate closely with your Lead Educator and Centre Manager

Bring the Lifelong Learning Curriculum to life through your daily practice
