My name is Jaimee鈥慙ea Hush, and I鈥檓 proud to be the Centre Manager at Little Flippers Taree. As a Diploma鈥憅ualified educator with over 16 years of experience in early childhood education, I am passionate about providing a supportive and enriching environment where every child can thrive.
I strongly believe that the first five years of a child鈥檚 life are incredibly important, forming the foundation for lifelong learning and development. My approach centres around play鈥慴ased learning, where children are encouraged to explore their environment freely, learn at their own pace, and build confidence through discovery. I love creating opportunities for children to observe, experiment, problem鈥憇olve, and develop a genuine curiosity about the world around them.
Building strong, meaningful relationships is at the heart of everything I do. I believe these connections help children feel safe, secure, and understood, while also supporting families as an important part of their child鈥檚 journey. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where children feel confident to express themselves, take on new challenges, and grow in their own unique way.
