After graduating from Papilio Early Learning Hunters Hill and starting primary school back in 2007, Miss Lily has returned 鈥� this time as one of Affinity鈥檚 newest and most enthusiastic trainees.
And a special connection formed when Lily was a baby attending in the nursery room with Lead Educator鈥檚 Debbie and Kasmah, has been reignited with both ladies now providing a vital mentoring role to Lily as she progresses through her Cert III in Early Education and Care, supported by the Affinity Learning Academy.
鈥淚t鈥檚 so special seeing Lily return as a beautiful young woman keen to make a difference in children鈥檚 lives as an educator 鈥� and I feel very privileged to still be here and able to encourage her in her career,鈥� said Debbie, who is this year celebrating 28 years with Affinity.
鈥淜azmah and I feel like proud mums and we are excited to see the next generation of early childhood educators being supported by Affinity,鈥� she said.听听
Lily is enjoying her fully funded training supported by a dedicated Development Coach, and loving the advice and support of her team.听
鈥淚 absolutely love my Centre Manager Zoe 鈥� she started off as a trainee just like me and gives me so much encouragement and support to explore my passions and interests with children,鈥� Lily said.
鈥淚t鈥檚 great working for Affinity because the team just keep telling me 鈥榶ou can do it!鈥� and giving me all the support I need. I love the resources, the learning modules and the Lifelong Learning Curriculum really helps me understand how I can guide and support children.鈥�
